Your voice, not the room
Recording always uses the directional glasses microphone, never the phone’s.
Recorder saves voice memos from the Maverick AI and AI Pro glasses microphone that is aimed at your voice, as audio files on your Android phone.
Tap Record on the glasses, talk, and tap Stop. Recorder listens through the glasses’ directional microphone, which the Everysight SDK describes as beam-formed toward the wearer, so it mainly picks up your own voice. A large timer and a live level meter show that audio is arriving. The saved memo then opens, ready to play on the glasses speaker or to delete.
Each memo is a speech-quality audio file, 16 kHz mono, kept in GlintOS’s private storage on your phone: about 1.9 MB per minute, up to 60 minutes each. There is no account, no API key and no internet involved. The GlintOS phone companion app lists the same memos and can start or stop a recording on the glasses.

Back saves the memo. A disconnect, taking the glasses off or the 60-minute limit also saves it, with a notice such as Glasses disconnected · 00:42 saved.
Memos play on the glasses speaker with a progress bar and elapsed and total time.
Switch to Home from the phone companion app or by voice and recording continues, with a pulsing REC timer in the status rail.
If another app is using the microphone or speaker, Recorder names it and asks first, with Cancel focused.
While Recorder runs, the Home Summary widget can show its status, such as Recording with the time or the number of memos.
Your memos, newest first, with date, time and length, such as 8 OCT 14:32 and 00:42, plus Record.
A large timer, a level meter and STARTING MIC, then REC · DIRECTIONAL MIC, then SAVING. Stop is focused.
Date, length and size, such as 00:42 · 1.3 MB, with Play or Stop and a progress bar. Delete asks first, with Keep focused.
Names the app that is listening and asks whether to stop it. Cancel is the default; Record takes over.
