Nine metrics, one place
Steps, resting heart rate, sleep, HRV, SpO2, skin temperature, stress, active energy and distance, each with its own switch.
Your R08+ smart ring’s heart rate, sleep, steps and vitals on your Maverick AI or AI Pro glasses. No account, no cloud, no API key.
Health is the GlintOS mini-app for what an R08+ smart ring measures: steps, resting heart rate, sleep, HRV, blood oxygen, skin temperature, stress, active energy and distance. GlintOS reads the ring over Bluetooth on your phone and keeps the history there. Collection carries on while Health is closed or your glasses are away.
On your Everysight Maverick AI or AI Pro glasses you get a Today overview with goal rings, day, week and month charts for each metric and an on-demand heart-rate reading, all on the temple touchpad. There is no account, no internet and no API key. These are wellness numbers, not medical advice.
Steps, resting heart rate, sleep, HRV, SpO2, skin temperature, stress, active energy and distance, each with its own switch.
Rings for steps, active energy and sleep fill toward your goals. Tiles add a second figure, such as goal percent or up or down against your usual.
Each metric has charts, from hourly heart-rate ranges to a four-stage sleep hypnogram.
A reading of about 30 seconds with live BPM, min and max. It keeps running if you go Home.
A chip says SYNCED, SYNCING, RING OFFLINE or AS OF a time; old values are dimmed.
Read the ring every 5 minutes to 12 hours, 1 hour by default, trading fresher numbers for battery life.
Goal rings on the left, metric tiles on the right; a tile shows -- when nothing was measured today. Actions: Live HR, Sync, Devices.
DAY, WEEK and MONTH tabs (NIGHT for sleep), a large value, up to three stats and the chart with its time axis.
Large BPM, MEASURING · KEEP STILL, LIVE or DONE, min, max and time. Stop while it runs, Again after.
Battery, charging and last sync per device, or CONNECTING or OFFLINE, and any problem in plain words.
Each problem gets a way out: Allow for Bluetooth, Retry after a failed read, or a note to connect your ring.
| Swipe forward | Moves focus to the next tile, tab, chart or action. On the chart cursor, one slot later. |
|---|---|
| Swipe back | Moves focus the other way. On the chart cursor, one slot earlier. |
| Tap | Opens a tile, switches the range, starts or leaves the chart cursor, and presses Live HR, Stop, Sync or Devices. |
| Long tap | Goes back: leaves the cursor, stops a live reading, returns to Today, then Home. If Long tap is set to Assistant, it starts the assistant instead. |
Gestures come from the temple touchpad on Maverick AI and AI Pro glasses. An optional R08+ smart ring can send the same gestures from your finger.
Three Home widgets in Small, Medium and Large: Health summary with goal rings and up to three figures, Heart rate with today’s resting or latest BPM, and Sleep with time asleep, a stage bar and deep sleep.
Devices with link, battery, last sync, Sync now and the schedule.
Today cards for each metric. A card opens its chart.
Trends by Day, Week or Month. Tap or drag to read a slot; screen readers hear it in words.
Settings: check interval, a switch per metric, units, °C or °F, goals, and Delete health history.
Only for the glasses screens; syncing works without them. Eye tracking is not used.

Yes, with GlintOS and an R08+ ring. GlintOS reads the ring on your Android phone and Health shows the data on the glasses. GlintOS is not affiliated with Everysight or the ring’s maker.
Only the R08+ has been checked. Similar rings may be detected but are unverified; without a ring there is nothing to show.
